Mix the sugars and butter until creamy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each.

Add the applesauce.

In bowl, mix the flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice.

Gradually add the mixture and mix well.

Fold in the raisins, pecans, pineapple and oranges.

Pour into bundt pan and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Put caramel icing on top.
